Amazingly Me

If not for the Philippine Azkals team the Filipinos would have not learned to love and appreciate the game of football. A sport I believe that we Filipinos can really excel at. Since we are quick and nimble and very agile plus in football height is not a huge factor unlike in basketball where most Filipinos are into. If only the Philippines government will start creating programs that will initiate and discover raw talents from the grass roots levels. Of course I appreciate that there are many half Filipinos who are playing for the Azkals now because somehow it is also them who helped sparked the current football mania in the country. But of course I am still looking forward for that day that majority of the players representing our country are pure blooded and Filipino speaking Pinoys. And hopefully by that time we will have one of the best football teams in the world, World Cup worthy.
