Time fly so fast. I could not believe that in a few months time it will the holiday season again. It will be time for merry making, family gatherings, Christmas parties, exchange gifts and Christmas carols. When I was little I used to be very excited when the holiday season approaches, but as I grow older and one by one members of our family left, up until it was only me and my sister is left behind I suddenly dread celebrating Christmas. I know this is not about me or us but it is all about Christ's birth and how we commemorate it. But sometimes traditions tends to get into us, Filipinos traditionally spends Christmas and New Years with family and that is why I feel sad sometimes. Especially this year it will be just me and my sister who will be celebrating Christmas since my brother already left.
