Ever since I came back from our gran vacation, the one with Niko and Nancy, I have noticed how my appetite changed. I have been eating non-stop, and I crave a lot, I think this is not a good sign I know too well how my body behaves and how easily I can gain weight. So I should do something about it fast before it's too late.

Now my first option is to try the Nestle 14 day meal plan. It is not an easy plan but I am willing to give it a try and I am hoping that I will be able to finish the whole plan then find another diet that I can sustain for a long time.

So how does this Nestle 14 day meal plan works? For those who have not seen this on TV or on lifestyles mags here's how the plan works.

  • All one has to do is to replace breakfast and another main meal with cereal, the remaining one main meal should still be compose of healthy food like fruits, low-carbohydrate foods. But this is not enough one should also exercise to achieve optimum results.
Sounds easy but I bet it won't be. Wish me luck you guys.

    Good luck, Kittykat! I hope you finish the entire 14 days following this new diet regimen. By the way, I think you might be confused because you're always calling me "Enchie," not that I mind because she's a sweet mommy blogger.

    waaaaaa....musta ang grand vacay ninyo inday sis..balitaan mo naman ako...any photos? would love to see your photos...am sure you guys had a great time....:)
