Amazingly Me

I own an iPod nano, it was a Christmas gift from someone special. It has been with me for more than three years. And now I somehow misplaced it. I have been looking all over for it but I could not find it. Oh where, oh where can my iPod be? All I'm left are my ipod nano cases, I am digging into the deepest part of my brains just to know where I last put it.I have to find it. I know I did not brought it with me when I packed for my out of town trip or to my Cebu trip. So its either I misplace it or somebody took it without my permission, either way I have to find it, that is how important that gadget is for me.

Ever since I started blogging in 2008  have wanted my own laptop or any one of those netbook computers that my friends have.But I do not know but no matter how I try no matter how much I have sometimes I have the tendency to forget all about it and end up buying other stuffs instead. I don't want this dream to continue being a dream and being able to make it a reality. I should and must do something about it. I know its not much that is why I should see to it that I within this year I will have my own lappy. Crossing my fingers and saving my money for that. (LOL).

As you've noticed by now I love watching television. Whenever I am at home I would always watch my favorite TV shows. Just recently I discovered a cool, new television show entitle "Poptalk". The show would feature different stuffs from restaurants to shoes, hotels to cars, name it they will feature them. But they will not just feature what new and cool but towards the end of the show they will give out a review of the products or services they featured. Last time they reviewed three popular restaurants in Metro Manila and graded them according to food taste, food presentation and prices.

But this week they featured three new cool gadgets. They had a laptop, netbook and a cellphone. What I love about the show is that the ones who reviews the products give out honest and expert reviews. They do not have any bias,  I love the laptop reviews their experts guests gave out this week, they were pretty honest about how much they did not like the features, design and the price of the laptop they featured. 

I am looking forward to the upcoming episodes. Excited as to what other products they will have in the show. 

Ever since we found out that our house was broken into a few weeks ago, me and my sister has decided to find other security measures and home security devices to ensure our safety since it is just the two of us living here. We have already put up a iron door in place of the one that the intruder broke when he forced his way into the house. We have put up additional lights at the back but still we do not feel one hundred percent secured. We won't know how to defend ourselves if ever anything like that happens again. We would be powerless against them, so the only thing we can do now is to prevent them from getting any access to enter the house. We are also hoping to catch them, at least know who these people are so that they won't be able to victimize other homes. We are thinking of installing spy gadgets  like cameras inside and outside the house to monitor who are those suspicious entities who goes around our place. We were just lucky that they were not able to get anything from us, and we hope they won't do it again. 

Before I bought my current phone which is an iPhone I used to own a Nokia cellphone which is a more current model. Yesterday I was with one of my sister's friend who happens to own the same type of cellular phone. I owned that phone for more than a year but it was only yesterday that I discovered an amazing feature that phone has. It has a pre-installed application, it has a barcode scanner, cool right. Sad though that I only found out about it when I no longer have the phone since I already sold it to my other friend after I bought the iPhone. Lesson learned? Next time I will maximize whatever gadget I have, explore it so that I will know what other applications it has and make use of it.
