I am a big fan of Samurai X, the animated series, so when I heard that there is a full length movie based on the same series I got really excited and wanted to watch it right away. My sister invited me to watch today but I realized I think it is better I shouldn't. The might turn out to be a disappointment then I might also end up hating the original anime series so I'd rather stick with the ones that I learned to love and like.
Although I have not read reviews about the movie, still I am quite hesitant about watching it. Especially that it is in Japanese which means I have to read the English subtitle the entire movie, is already a reason for me to be a bit tentative. It's only 2:37 in the afternoon, we are scheduled to watch the 6:15 showing, I still have a few hours to think if I should watch or not.
