Our clinic is looking for new nurses. Two of our old nurses already resigned and are going to work abroad. We had almost 20 applicants today and our clinic manager is having a very hard time deciding which of those who came today as well as the ones who will be coming in the days to come he will hire. Most of the nurses who applied were ones volunteers, so basically he knows how they work whether they effective and efficient workers. But there were so many good nurses who volunteered and we only have to get two. If only it was just as simple as picking a car, or which acne treatments that work we will have the nurses we are looking for as early as tomorrow. But hard as it is our manager as well as we the remaining staffs has to choose and we have to make a decision fast. Although it is not entirely up to us who to employ but our head office will need our recommendations which will also be there basis in choosing. Good luck to us.
