Just had myself evaluated yesterday, after a month of working out finally I now know if there's any improvement. I was afraid to at first, i was reluctant to know how I'm doing. I know I haven't been very religious in my programs and have been eating a lot of durian lately...LOL...But what the heck I did went in anyway....was so relieved to discover that I have actually lost some inches in some areas like my neck, waist, thigh, calves, forearm and hips. But my arms, shoulders and chest measurements went up..OMG!!!i was so worried my main goal was to make my arms smaller..it was fine with me that my chest and shoulder measurements increased but my arms..oh no... but I am not expecting any drastic result..its better this way, slowly but surely..now I'm planning to take up boxing classes next week..they said it's the best way to tone your arms and increase your stamina...
My instructor gave me a new program yesterday after the evaluation..Now the routines are harder and counts higher...He said I need not worry about my arms coz I'm still starting. Eventually when I loose the fats only the muscles will be retained. When i woke up this morning i have like total body sore. My obliques are aching, i can't even sneeze or cough...but I'm lovin' the pain..it only means the program is working...will give an update here after a month on this new program...
