It is usually during this time of the year that our company gives deserving employees from every clinic their incentives. These incentives are given to those employees who's clinic were able to reach their annual quota and I am very happy to share that our clinic did. Well actually as early as December we already know we had, thanks to our company's performance management software we were able to determine how we performed and that's how we learned that we even surpassed other clinics who are usually on top of the performance chart in the past couple of years.

Our company's chief operating officer already congratulated us on a job well done and told us to do on  even better  this year. It was music to our ears hearing other clinic's employees cheering for us and clapping their hands. We can tell how surprise they were upon learning how we did, because amongst all the clinics we were the youngest and are usually at the bottom. They were not expecting that we would surge this high so fast.

But besides the kind words and cheers the best part about performing well is that we will receive monetary reward which will be based on our annual sales. We are all very excited.
